LifeWorks Nutritionals was founded in 2024, with a focus on detoxification and dietary optimization. LifeWorks Nutritionals believes that in order to reach optimum health, you must: (1) reduce the toxins entering the body; (2) increase the toxins and pollutants leaving the body; and (3) improve the quality of nutrition so your body can rebuild and heal.

At LifeWorks Nutritionals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, please call 877-841-1999 or e-mail customerservice@lifeworksnutritionals.com and we will work hard to resolve your concerns. 


SECTION 2 - RETURNS: 

Products purchased with the intention of reselling are non-refundable. For any desired exceptions or exclusions, a request may be submitted for review by the General Manager of LifeWorks Nutritionals. 


SECTION 3 - REFUNDS 

On the rare occasion that a refund is granted with approval from the General Manager, your products must be returned first. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. 


SECTION 4 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted—usually 10-14 business days. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@lifeworksnutritionals.com.
